As my tests showed, these mixing pieces are game-changers for at-home hair coloring. The various sizes and shapes make it easy to mix and apply color accurately, minimizing mess and waste. The sturdy material ensures durability, and the compact design saves space. The only downside is that they come in packs of only six, so you may need to restock often if you color your hair frequently.

The brush does not pick up the hair color well. The bristles are widely spaced making it difficult to get enough paint on the brush. I had to keep trying to get more paint onto the brush. Finally, I simply used my gloved hands to pick up and apply the hair color.

So the picture is not exactly what I received - it's still the same product just not what I expected. From the pictures in the catalog you'd think it was some kind of soft rubbery material, but it's actually a very hard plastic, hot pink color as opposed to the more muted deep pink I was expecting. or the bristles of the brush were so lost that they could not be used. My whisk arrived safe and sound and the brush looks a little wobbly - like there was a noticeable gap in the middle of the brush
