My 4 year old wears 6/6 clothes and they fit me perfectly. leaves no marks but fits snugly like most ballet outfits. I chose this design because of the closed back and the good fit on the shoulders. The detachable skirt also helps, we can exchange it for other skirts.

Love everything about this tutu and swimsuit. The tutu does not tie, so it can be worn with or without a skirt. The fabric is thick and elastic. Really great stuff. I wash them in a laundry bag and let them air dry. It did not cause the material to deteriorate. I had it about 3 months.

I want companies to tell me their clothing measurements, NOT the size of the person they think their measurements will fit. My tall 5 year old (48 inches) fits the height requirements for a size 6-8. I thought it would be a little roomy so she could grow in a bit, but it's the same size as the regular size 6/small. I can't help with other sizes, but I can tell you that size 6-8 is 19 inches from top shoulder to bottom crotch.
