Bought these as a starter kit, first attempt at fabric dyeing and didn't want to invest a lot of money in case something went wrong. I am generally happy with the kit and happy with my finished products. The colors seem to think but didn't really want to spread evenly unless using a lot of paint. If you only want to use tube paints for cartoon designs or thick layered designs, that's fine. I had issues with using water to wash my brush and the consistency of my color on the palette. The paint is falling apart and doesn't fit well on the brush. It doesn't behave like acrylic at all, which is understandable as it's machine washable and heat resistant. After drying and heat treatment, the pattern stays on the fabric for quite a long time!

I used Magicdo Fabric Paint to recreate parts of the design on a fabric chair with coffee stains on the armrest. Since the pattern on the fabric is predominantly white with muted shades of bleached teal and rust, I only applied white paint to that part of the pattern.
