The combination of case and cleaning cloth is a great idea. I've also been looking at MagicFiber camera lens cases and may buy them in the future. The cases are not rigid, so they do not protect the contents from being crushed. Anyway, I'll defend them otherwise. These cases prevent dust and scratches from getting on my glasses. The "lid" cloth is great for cleaning glass lenses and won't get lost (unless you lose the whole body). Very happy with this design and purchase.

I don't like giving 3 star reviews but I'm so tired of manufacturers cheating me on the size. I think that's the case with MANY issues these days. It's frustrating when you trim it. I have a hard case for my sunglasses but over time the flocking inside the case seems to have micro-scratches on the lenses of my old sunglasses. Bought these to keep my glasses from getting scratched and dusty when kept in a backpack. The material is very thin but durable and will not tear. It protects my glasses quite well, although it probably won't work for thinner lenses (actually it's just a cloth pouch with a valve). It's also nice that the goggles are very easy to put in and take out of the case, even if they're a bit big because it stretches a bit. Basically, if all you want is scratch protection, this is probably a good choice.
