Clyde, our elf on the shelf, brought them over one morning and used them with our regular set of Magna tiles to build a tower. My daughter was so thrilled that Clyde added glitter and a mirror to her tiles. They're whimsical and great for kids who need a little "extra" to their creations.

Magnatiles are a huge hit in our home - we've had sets for over 3 years now and use them very regularly. This set gives us a little dimension and some options for colors, mirrors etc. They are well made and very durable. I'm glad to have added them to our collection.

It was a hit from the minute we opened the box. Our little girl loves Magna tiles. Although for money. I want all 15 pieces to be glossy or mirrored. Some of them are simple transparent tiles. Although it's listed at $2 or more per tile, they could afford to have it glossy or mirrored.

There are only 15 pieces in this set and they are far from cheap but I bought them because my daughter loves her magna tile and she is shiny too loves things. Not all are glossy or mirrored - only some. So while they serve their purpose, they aren't really shiny and/or mirrored, just a few. I would recommend spending your money on a different set of Magna tiles that give you more bang for your buck.

I've had my eye on Magna Tiles for a long time. I didn't want to get her because I didn't think she would lose interest. She has wooden magnet blocks from Tegu. This is her favorite toy. I didn't think she would play with magna tiles for more than a day or two. I was wrong! She loves them, they really shine in mirrors, great addition. They are very easy to use. I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars but ended up with 4 because these tiles will last a long time. I'd like to start off by saying that if you're new to magnetic tiles, you REALLY want these in your toy repertoire. We have several brands and really don't notice much difference between them. For the price this brand is the most expensive but they seem to be a bit more durable and I think they are the original brand.
