Description of MailCloud

The application comes with a simple to use and powerful list manager. You can create groups, lists and import leads from a seperate data file. Every lead in each list contains a field in its Xml file for opt-in/out's. Our Opt-In/Out's are done with pop3. You must sign up for an email account with its pop3 settings enabled. A simple Opt-Out link can be added to your outgoing Email, this link contains information about the list and contact that it was used for.

Great tool with excellent customer support

I like the fact that you can get an easy overview of everything that has been sent to your inbox. The fact that there is no limit in number of attachments or amount of characters per mail makes it very practical to use when sending many mails at once. Sometimes the system lags, but overall it works well. If you want to send large amounts of mails at once, Mailcloud is a great service. We've been using Mailcloud to send out newsletters. It helps us keep track of who we already contacted so far…
