I've been using this product for two years and it's perfect for my sensitive eyes. This is the first time I've ordered it online. I have two bottles and both pumps didn't work. Never had such a problem. I kept the bottles because the product is great. I hope the problem with the pump was just an accident.

This product is particularly good for removing waterproof mascara. Close your eyes and gently massage your lashes. Be patient. The heat generated removes the mascara. Use a cotton swab to remove. Repeat for the other eye. Not as expensive as other products

I love the blue material inside. There is nothing comparable on the market. The pump NEVER works which is very frustrating as this makeup remover is expensive. I've ordered 5 of these in the past few months and none of the pumps work!
