Fans work as expected, noise is acceptable. I am using these fans to replace the OEM fans in a Dell PowerConnect 5324 as they were very noisy and had poor bearings. I bought them because I bought oblique silent mini fans and they don't blow as much air as I would like. They are just as quiet and have at least 1.6 times the flow rate. They all work. We'll see how long they last before they start making horrible noises or fail altogether. Update in a few months.
