useless for measuring and scribing tools

The problem with this tool is that it doesn't bend 26g roofs, it might work with copper or lead and thin metal, but it won't bend too wide, and if you turning the tool pulls the metal out of the slot. A solution might be to put a washer in the slot to take up the play and weld a swivel nut and bolt to it that can be used to push the metal down to keep it in the tool slot. it's just useless

Pros
  • Makes bends up to 1-1/2 in. (38.1 mm) deep along roof panel gutter edge.
Cons
  • The cable is shorter than other picks

It is long enough to easily bend galvanized sheet metal

Indispensable for chimney inserts! I used this to bend the hem on the lid. It's much easier to make small turns right on the roof, saving you many trips on the roof. With a little care, it's long enough to bend the galva easily. blinking 3 or 4 feet long and small enough to toss in a tool bag. Beautiful and sturdy, I expect this bastard to last for many years to come!

Pros
  • Carpenter's square
Cons
  • Only available in white

Useless tool, best in carpenter's squares

The problem with this tool is that it won't bend a 26 gram roof, maybe it will work with copper or lead and flimsy metal, but it won't bend much. The problem is that the slot is too wide and when you rotate the tool the metal comes out of the slot. The solution might be to put a washer in the slot to take up the play and weld an adjusting nut to it, as well as a bolt to push down on the metal to hold it in the tool slot. it's just useless

Pros
  • Measuring and marking tools
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
