I am a home personal trainer and was looking for a chart that clearly but not overly medically outlines muscles to refer to when explaining about muscles or answering questions about muscles. This chart is colorful, provides enough detail for the average customer, and is accurate. It suits my needs perfectly.

Disappointed with the whole process. Bought a poster with muscles, got a completely different poster. I went through the whole process of returning it and receiving a replacement order. Received a replacement and it's the correct poster but the condition wasn't great. The poster has wrinkles all over. It's almost like when it was folded, someone decided to sit on it and flatten it out. A little disappointed with what I received.
