Advertised chewing gums are misleading.

I am very disappointed with this product. The details say it's 100-109 yards of elastic, but when I roll it off the spool I find it's many, many, many pieces of elastic knotted together, not one continuous 100-109 yards. This is very unacceptable for me in my projects. If you need elastic film material in one long, continuous piece, this product is not for you. Also, it is made in China.

Mandala Manufactures 1mm Elastic Cord for Bracelets

I love this 1mm elastic thread from Mandala Crafts. I only use it for all my Covid19 masks. The mandala matched the quality of their cord. It was perfect for my mask making ear loops. I gave it 4 stars because I can very rarely find the "start" end of a line. They don't make it easier to find, if there is one at all. I usually have to cut it and fight it, it's annoying. When I find the end of the starter, it keeps getting caught between layers of thread. I am assuming they are using a coil…

Elastic, light hold only

Very lightweight elastic band. I see what one reviewer meant when he said you stretch it and it just lies there. At first I wanted to send it back as it looked like it couldn't go back in place but it doesn't, it's going back, it's just a very light repair. I realized that I can actually use this over the slipper socks I made so the top doesn't feel tight/uncomfortable. I used to knit a stronger cuff more loosely into the bodice.
