Mixed review good for hair care

I would like to rate each product individually. I've been using this shampoo for a few weeks and really love it. I was advised to reduce hair loss and it has helped. It's hard to squeeze it out of the bottle but I can unscrew the cap and it works great. I've only used the conditioner twice and it doesn't seem to soften my frizzy hair. It feels a bit dry. However, it is impossible to get it out of the bottle. It's so thick I can't squeeze it out of the bottle. It's so thick I can't push it out…

You can't get conditioner out of a bottle!

I thought the bottles are very small and you can't get the conditioner out of the bottle! I have arthritis and fibromyalgia, it's very hard for someone without borders to get that out of the bottle let alone someone with my issues. The smell was amazing! Hydration was great! Overall I like it, but unfortunately I won't be buying it again, I find it very difficult to get out of the bottle

The conditioner is great, the shampoo not so good...

I liked the conditioner, but the shampoo dried my hair terribly, I had to send the set back. I would buy the air conditioner separately again. Softens, smells wonderful and has great ingredients.

I love this product! Included. that's why I deducted a star. They really need to put a seal on the top of the bottle. Every time I order it arrives with shampoo and conditioner on the plastic. Luckily they compress, but the little flip thing always seems to be pushed down, allowing the contents to flow out. If the shrink wrap has a hole, it will leak into the box.

Cream conditioner in shampoo and conditioner sets

The cream conditioner could not be removed from the bottle and transferred to another bottle. I don't know how the shampoo and cream conditioner work because I've only used them once. It is very uncomfortable to use a cream conditioner. You need a new rinse aid dispenser. I will not buy again. Dropped it.
