When I ordered this set I had a bit low expectations and thought it would be the same as any other set. Now that I've received it and tried it, I'm happy to say that I think it's above average. It feels very comfortable and smooth, but still persistent. The parts are very comfortable to hold and feel very strong and durable. I only had it today so I'm not sure how long it will stay that way but I hope and expect that with proper care it will last longer than any other clippers I've had. I think

I was so excited when I discovered this set at Revain. I've bought several in the past and they always seem to be missing an essential tool. It has everything! The parts are solid and well finished, the case is perfect. My husband saw it and stole it! So a great gift for men. I have to buy another one. He puts it in his holdall. I will also buy one for our houseboat because it is very comfortable! Maybe for my desk too!

Bought this kit for myself. Everything looks and feels great. but the tools that interested me the most (scissors) didn't cut anything! I tried every way I could: tried to cut 1 beard hair, tried to cut 1 nose hair. Tried to cut fast, tried to cut slow. All it did was shed the hair when I tried to cut it. It was impossible. With other tools, everything else works fine.

This product seems quite heavy because it weighs so little. To be honest I just bought this item for nail clippers and scissors (which are very sharp and heavy) as the ones I had started to rust on. Although there is a lot more to this set. And to be honest I don't know how to use some of the items! But I would certainly lean towards too much rather than too little.
