Shipping was fast received fairly quickly. So far the product looks ok. I would suggest washing your hair before using the mannequin, it was very coarse, rough and sticky but I just washed it with a little shampoo and now it's soft and shiny.

good so i was skeptical that it was fake/synthetic but i checked it out. So I combed it first, then ironed it, then sprayed it with water and it immediately went back to its natural state. I'm so happy with it but one thing is when you get it it smells funny so you have to wash it.
