Disappointed - my new rating

It wasn't at all like the picture. The hearts on the necklace we have are very small and it came in a plastic box and the little note was a tin card, it wasn't like the one in the picture, so if you want to use it as a gift you can put it on She it like a little jewelry box for the jewels to make it a little tailor which I had to do

The product was poorly packaged

Beautiful necklace but it only comes with an envelope and a tiny postcard with an inscription. It doesn't come in a box and you need to cut the holes yourself to hang the necklace.

not at all what I expected

The packaging is terrible, it doesn't look like the picture chain that comes in a plastic bag and the card is so small you can't even read it. another gift! Please, for that $20, go out and make the best gift for your mom!

The necklace is ok but is in a plastic bag. The writing on the very small card is almost illegible, and it comes with a crappy gift card-sized cardboard envelope. And it's all cardboard brown, so not even pretty. It is almost not as shown in the photo.

Garbage. new rating in my opinion

This is the first time I am writing a review because I just couldn't believe what a necklace this was. Attention buyers. Nothing like in the picture. The cheap necklace is not attached to the cardboard backing it is said to be packaged with. The chain was tangled in a small plastic bag. Complete garbage. I'm embarrassed to give this to my mother.

You get what you pay for

This is the cheapest quality item I have ever bought. The necklace is not even attached to the My Grandmother piece of cardboard. I literally had to use scissors to make cuts in the cardboard to attach the necklace itself. The necklace will probably turn her neck green, it's so cheap. It doesn't look like the picture. But you get what you pay for, it really should be around $3 or a quarter of a movie machine. save your money
