This is a good timer but it takes a lot of button presses (59 to be exact) to set the timer to 59 minutes. It would be great if there were either number keys or a feature that would make the device count quickly when the key is held down. Also, as other posters have pointed out, the magnet is pretty weak and the alarm clock is pretty shrill.

Bought as a gift; I chose this one because it had all the features I needed including hours, minutes and seconds plus a clip as well as a stand and magnet. The person I gave it to is very happy. However, Revain's description is confusing. The size line states that the measurements are in inches, when in fact they are in centimeters; Because of this, he appears to be much larger than he actually is. The dimensions are shown correctly in one of the images above.

Handy because it has a forward and backward countdown and a clock display. It's easy to install and use. As mentioned in other reviews, the countdown starts when the countdown reaches zero so you know how much time has passed since the countdown ended. My complaint is that it's not loud enough. Its beep is very high-pitched, and if you can't hear high frequencies well, the alarm isn't loud at all. It runs on a coin cell battery, so I imagine using lower frequencies would be very taxing.

I bought this for the weirdest reason. As truck drivers nationwide we are bound by specific times so I bought this to better keep track of my day including my 10 hour rest period. I would give this a 4-1/2 if possible. I bought it because it has a clock when not being used as a timer. This is a great timer with a save button that works well for me as I have something that I count down the same time every day. I also like that it "counts up" after the timer triggers so you know how long it's been.
