I don't like it in additive manufacturing products

I'm new to ABS printing, I've been printing PLA for a few months and decided I needed prints with higher heat resistance that might be a bit more durable. So far I'm not impressed with this particular ABS. I find the prints quite brittle (in fact I have no problem breaking them in half) even at 100% coverage. I'll continue to print with it and tweak my settings to see if I can improve it - I've even ordered a new build plate and nozzle upgrade just for ABS printing (I'll be using separate…

Good for the price of 3D printing consumables

So I bought a roll of PLA+ (white) because it cost $17 and had a diameter tolerance of +/- 0.02mm, making it a Mid-range line brings branded items. Why not, right? So far it's not that bad. But not in the way I expected. First, the advertised WAAA extrusion temperature is off. It says 210-235C so I started with 215 because that's how my other PLA+ coils on my machine like it. I had drips, oozing, tension from hell etc. So I got back to 200. Tension still there but much better. I'm typing at 195

Excellent Filament and Easy to Print

PLA should be the easiest filament to print and this one is no different. I used the same settings as SUNLU PLA+ and it worked great. I am using a Sovol SV01 direct drive printer with the following settings: .4 nozzle.2 layer height 215 print temperature 65 layer temperature 45 mm/s print speed. It turned out perfect with almost no stretch. Being PLA, it was durable and had very good layer adhesion. Maybe I just got lucky with the setup the first time, but sometimes when I tried to print the…
