does not replace Ferretone for our ferret

Bought for our ferret as the Ferretone has been discontinued. He was interested in it, but then didn't want to take it. Maybe other ferrets like it. Damn shame about Ferretone.

A must for ferret nail care

Ferrets love the taste. Put a small amount on their stomachs while they lie on my hips and they lick it so frantically they don't realize I'm clipping their nails. Makes the job incredibly easy and it's a nutritious snack for her!

Pros
  • NATURAL INGREDIENTS: Formulated by ferret experts specifically for the sensitive skin and coat of ferrets with nutrients like cod liver oil and safflower oil. Use it regularly to control odors and improve the color and appearance of your ferret's coat.

Most ferrets love it. But.

My ferret didn't care. I've used it on my other ferrets in the past to distract them while I clipped their claws, but Stuart didn't care so I used a small piece of par-fried bacon. He fucking licks it off and it keeps him busy clipping his claws.

Pros
  • CLEAN TREAT: A healthy ferret treat that is simple and clean. For pet parents looking for an alternative to capsules or soft chews, a few quick pumps of this liquid is all it takes to blend well into their ferret's food.
Cons
  • Hard to say
