Even my $50 Klipsch headphones sounded much better. The additional price comforted me.

Has served me for 9 months. The volume in the left kidney has almost halved. At the same time, the remote control stopped working. Even if they still worked properly, they definitely weren't worth the money. The sound is just fine, even my $50 Klipsch headphones sounded much better. I was consoled by the premium for the "quality" finish, but that was also below par. I gave Master & Dynamic a good try but both they and the MH40 broke in less than a year. Simple... Ordinary... Amazing

I originally bought the ME01 headphones but I did before the newer updated model came out. The newer ME01s had a better finish that allowed wax buildup not to affect the sound, according to M&D. I had no luck trying the newer ME01s simply because I was upgraded to a pair of ME03s when I shipped the ME01s due to audio issues (no sulfur buildup, audio quality just degraded quickly). Good headphones, replace your headphones!

At first I didn't really like these headphones. I've had a pair of Master & Dynamic MH40's and love them so much I never leave the house without them. When I put the ME03 in, the sound was a bit tinny and I couldn't keep them in my ears. I read another review about it so I was ready. Although four pairs of ear tips are included, none sit comfortably or stay in place. So I made an insane $16 purchase that changed everything. I bought the Comply T100 foam ear tips which came in a 3 pack in size…
