Good tongue lock

Works great seems a great lock for the money. I believe the best way to get it off of the trailer tongue is to give it a pretty hard blow with a hammer. It wouldn't be easy, although it would be noisy

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Obsolete model

NOT suitable for bulldogs!

I bought this for a Bulldog hitch. Nowhere in the description does it say this doesn't fit a Bulldog hitch, it actually turned up looking for safety devices on a Bulldog hitch. I'd like to keep it, but it just doesn't fit.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Looks good and is the best I could find

Too bad the lock was stainless steel had to cut one off and I used my portable electric band saw and it came off in 20 seconds but I did bought another one as they are the best I could find, prevents someone from just plugging and hardening them with no work

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Best I've seen in this price range

There are many cheap trailer locks out there but this one is built like a tank and seems the most impervious to breaking or breaking. It is durable, beautifully finished and chrome plated. I have no hesitation in recommending it as extra protection for your trailer.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Protect your trailer from thieves

Our ATV trailer was stolen. I blocked the tongue with a good locking pin. The crooks came with a tiny ball that slipped past the tongue lock, lowered a trailer onto it, and drove off. They don't care if the trailer falls off as long as they are being followed. Anyway, the State Patrol Detective recommended this particular type of lock. They are difficult to cut off and cannot be bypassed. Just a note, don't forget to block the safety circuits as well. They will only attach safety chains to…

Pros
  • High marks for stability and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as durable as other options

Good Price and Good Product

If you want a trailer lock that can take a hit with a sledgehammer and I'm not saying it will stop a thief completely , but it will last a damn long time trying to break it, and most likely they'll get caught with all the noise they have to make trying to break it. The damn thing weighs about 3#s. Excellent purchase!

Pros
  • Trailer Lock Best Used for Cars, Trailers and RVs
Cons
  • Useless Features

Doesn't fit 2 " coupler properly

Seems to be of really good quality but doesn't seem to fit my 2" bullet. I can use it, but I can't fully close the latch. So the lock is just loose and flops. This will work for me because I live where theft isn't a big problem, but if it were I wouldn't trust it to be on my trailer.

Pros
  • Tie rod lock has an improved locking mechanism to resist tampering and prying
Cons
  • Not the best
