🌡️ MASTERCOOL Blue Infrared and Contact Thermometer 52226 Review

I'm not a cook but I have some experience with thermometer cooking and I love this one. The second probe was a bonus. Overall it's a lot more than I expected for the price.

Came with dead battery. I replaced and it worked fine for about 45 temp readings (2 days at my shop) and the battery died again. The next baht took 3 days.

It seems to measure the temperature to the advertised accuracy with no problems! The probe fits snugly and doesn't feel wobbly at all. Sensor, a second or two will do. IR works without problems.

This thermometer works with both infrared and probe. So far I've only used the infrared option. I've used it when tempering chocolate and it's compact enough to hold in the same hand I hold the bowl.
