Works as advertised

My problem was forming 37 degree double flares on multiple diameters of steel, aluminum and stainless steel tubing. My biggest initial problem was putting too much force on the aluminum tube with the cone (step two) and squeezing the tube so it wouldn't fit into the tube nut. Once I've loosened the flare a bit, the ends form normally.

Ultimate JIC 37 Degree Expander

Man damn I use these things! I bought these to complement my Mastercool Flare Kit. These items are of excellent quality, never slip on a hard line, and work with aluminium, cupro-nickel, steel and even very hard stainless steel. The most beautiful torches you have ever seen! Remember to tighten the nut and sleeve first. and the sleeve also points in the right direction. Rschunimagu.

Don't try any other flaring tool if you want to get things done right and without frustration.

Wrong set ordered and returned. However, I bought a larger complete set that works great. I recommend all Mastercool tools. They happily accepted my return and even gave me information about the set I needed. This is the only flaring set I would recommend if you want to get the job done right. Don't waste your money with any other setup!
