Kind of a waste of money.

Kind of stupid. I was misinformed and didn't think about buying it. Think honestly and create your own with more flexibility

Ideal for the wood shop

Quickly align table saw and adjustable fence with table gauge. Great for cutting dados on a table saw. Highly recommended.

Great idea, just want you to move on.

Great idea, just wish you would design it to use rail clamps, your clamps are terribly expensive! I love all your stuff you've come up with, but lower the prices a bit!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Expensive

The best to hit dado starting with dado blades!

I just love this business! It's so easy to use and so accurate! Why didn't anyone think of this many years ago? So many wasted minutes and boards trying to find the right dado width. NO LONGER! With this device, you'll get it right the first time!

Very clear instructions are included with this light although you.

This light comes with very clear instructions, although you won't need to read them more than once as they are also written on the light itself. One downside (not the fixture's fault); As it attaches to your guide fence the amount of headroom you can use with it is somewhat limited as your carriage/corner fence/extension table etc can go to the rear.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Modern

I like jigs. for accessories

I have used the MATCHFIT Dado for one project so far and am happy with it. I was able to redo some dado cuts very accurately. My only complaint at the moment is that unlike cutting with a traditional grooving setting, many cuts with a standard grooving blade tend to leave burrs underneath that may require cleaning, especially if you use a thin kerf like I do.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Compatibility

BEST PRICE store purchase I've made in a long time

For my very first project using the MatchFit Dado Stop, I followed the simple instructions and cut clean tabs to the perfect size. Dados were meant to add shelves to a Matchbox/Hot Wheels display case for my grandson. This is without a doubt one of the best in store purchases I have made in a long time. Dado Stop is a simple and clean design. It is durable, the moving parts move smoothly and lock securely. I was pleasantly surprised by the magnets in the base that helped attach it to the saw…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Unreliable

Wasting Money On Power Tool Parts And Accessories

Don't waste your money. This is a Mickey Mouse version of the Bridge City Kerfmaker (discontinued). My biggest complaint is that the plastic adjustment knobs aren't very secure. You can't rely on a fixture to give you repeatability. Too much fiddling to make it work as advertised. If you feel like you really need a version of Kerfmaker, there are plenty of plans out there. In Microjig's defense I have purchased many of their products such as pushers and clamps. This isn't one of them. What you…
