You must remove the center row of seats to install the floor mat. The only thing I don't like are the flaps on the sides of the neckline. The rest of the material is quite durable.

The mat fits perfectly. The plastic could be thicker but does the job. The front floor mat clips don't seem to be fully recessed so I always check to make sure they aren't falling out. I would again.

They are very thin, wrinkled and difficult to put on. There were no pins to prevent slipping or movement when lowered. I will not order again and will not recommend unless you get a very good deal. Too bulky to return

Carpets are good. 2 things I didn't like, The mats were rolled up in the box, a month has passed and the crease still hasn't smoothed out. 1 edge still has a slight bulge, the thickness of the mat is not that great. I was expecting a little more thickness

Rear landing is so-so. Thickness and quality are good. Makes the car much easier to clean. In general I am very satisfied. I could spend a little more on rubber mats if I had to buy these again. The great thing about them, apart from being easy to clean, is that they don't smell.

They appear to only fit the limited 2021 Pacifica Hybrid. Otherwise, it is inconvenient to install rear mats, but not bad. Expensive for a poor fit. The smart liner site shouldn't have 2021, it says they won't make it for 2021.

This was our second attempt at getting a pad after the first which should have worked but didn't. Installation required moving the heavy seats, which wasn't ideal, and I'm quite strong/tight. This part of the setup could have been solved with product design, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. But it fits, the material suits the finish quite well, it seems solid, but time will tell.

Not fully compatible with hybrid 2021 model. On 2021 models the center console design has changed slightly so the passenger side mat will not fit. But the 2nd/3rd Row and trunk mat fit well, I think no change from 2018-2020 model. The seller should not technically advertise that this mat is fully compatible with the 2021 model, let alone proven.

I love these mats, they are essential for kids, pets or adults. Bought these for our new 2021 Pacifica Hybrid. I've had this brand of floor mats in my other car for 4 years now and they still look great! For the first 2000 miles these things were DIRTY from my kids (and the driver too).
