Reflective and bright with three different lighting options. Works well to make me visible to cars when walking through dimly lit (if any) streets in the early morning or early evening, especially in winter. I wish the clip portion was a little bigger so I can attach the light to something other than a flimsy zipper.

I bought this for my husband who does a lot of walking in the evenings after work. He's in great shape but at 6ft 3 the small bandage doesn't fit around his wrists or ankles. He attempted to run with a ribbon attached to his shirt, but it often dangled. Now he puts on a sports belt and ties it like a ponytail. Looks a bit silly but serves to be visible at night. Maybe not what others expect if it's for someone of large proportions or just larger growth.

I bought a pair of these harnesses almost 6 years ago, attached a velcro strap to my back and attached one to each side of my dog's Julius K9 harness (which I highly recommend). Whenever my dog and I walk at night or at dusk, these lights are clearly visible to both of us.
