🚨 Maxxima SDL-50-A: Ultra-Bright Amber LED Emergency Flashing Light with 18 LEDs Review

Works great. Very bright. The only problem is that the battery cover can only be removed by prying it off with a screwdriver.

Slightly thinner than the more expensive ones but very bright. I suspect the magnets might not be enough for a bumpy gravel road.

Great gift for my sisters Postal. The magnet is strong and stays on as you move along the route. Works well when you break down because of road visibility

I had a set ready and use it at night when we park for oversized loads we are escorting and used it on cargo during the day to avoid turns during the to mark driving time and they are bright enough. For the price you can't go wrong. They are good emergency lighting to have handy in a car or truck.

Just bought 2 of these and put new batteries in both, none worked. Got another new battery pack just in case 8 brand new AA batteries went bad and same thing - both lights didn't work. Also, the magnets on these lights are very weak, but I'm not sure they can suffice. I have an older version of a similar flashlight and the magnets are probably 10 times stronger than those in this flashlight. In general, this is a piece of $#@!. 2 out of 2 didn't work and the magnets won't charge.

Ultra bright flashing magnetic LED. These things are amazing! They're so bright. You can have them with all LEDs on, flashing and off, or in that special emergency flashing mode. Very interesting. My only complaint is that the power button on the back sometimes turns off if you press the surface firmly. However, to solve this problem, I simply added a ribbon at the back so that the ribbon sticks out further than the button. Bought 2 already, considering buying more. You need 4 AA batteries.

Initially I only gave these 4 starts because of the weak magnet. Changed to 2 stars after use. Pros: The light it emits is the best/brightest of the others on offer. Outstanding functionality: flashing-alternating flashing-steady light. Magnets are definitely not intended for a moving car. I added my own magnets to make it secure. I liked this light from the first time. I bought 2 amber and 2 red. 1 amber and 1 red turned out to be good. The other yellow and red turn off when you go over bumps.
