My husband really liked this package. Gloves work great! Pliers are a plus. Paper shredders work well, but sometimes I forget I have them.

My son-in-law loves to grill and smoke turkey and chicken. He appreciated the meat tongues in the set and I think he uses insulated gloves as well.

The gloves seem to be very good, although the fingers seem a little long. The accessories that came with the gloves are pretty cute. I needed gloves and got claws for free! Can't beat it Overall very good gloves.

Gloves withstand heat transfer well. They are a little tight for a large hand. I was expecting the tongs to be longer as the set is advertised for BBQ. We didn't have a chance to use shredders, but they work well for shredding tender meat.

The gloves that were supplied were exactly as described. The grill tongs were the easiest - nothing like the description or the picture. Claws - didn't look like the pictures but mostly cheap plastic. I could bend the teeth with my bare hands without much effort. waste of money.

The gloves work pretty well but the claws and pincers are another story, the claws are terrible. I personally took them out of the box and saw how cheap they were. and immediately threw them in the trash. The pliers are made of cheap metal, but will do if you have nothing else.

If it were just the gloves I would give it 5 stars. Great fit, comfortable and really heat resistant! Gloves are great when removing food from the oven and are also great when cooking in a cast iron skillet. Meat claws work too, although we haven't used them that often. Unfortunately, there were no pliers in the kit, which was very annoying.
