There are 4 compartments that need to be loaded separately and there is no free space so it takes a second to load. It's not the end of the world, but the point of the review is to highlight questions for others to consider. I wouldn't buy it again because of the download effort. Works exactly as described. I like this concept but it's too small for my use. There are 4 small dividers inside and each small section only holds 3 or 4 cotton swabs. It's in the bathroom my four kids use so I have to refill it every few days. If it was used by 1 or 2 people everything would probably be fine. Refilling is also difficult if you're trying to fit too many Qtips into a lid that won't close.
