The design of this product is really not user friendly and a very bad idea how to install the cart. The trolley attached to the main foam bag separately, it attached separately to the outside of the skin when we used the trolley to unzip it, so it couldn't be closed. also looks very big, but nothing. I am not satisfied and very upset with all your products. I have no more desire for AMAZON.

Since I bought a large laptop, I needed a new bag. I wanted a spinner like I had but couldn't find it so I bought this one. This bag is heavy when it's empty, so I know it gets worse when it's full. The back compartment is a pain as it doesn't open fully. The handle is very thin. The compartment that holds the handle should be completely open, leaving very little support for the handle. I sent it back and am looking for something better.

I love the design and the storage options - amazing! :-). It is very comfortable to travel with it - on airplanes there are no problems with the upper compartments. BUT: 1 star deducted for a seemingly weak corner reinforcement that keeps the wheels straight. This is the 3rd of the same model that I have bought in the last 7 years. The first had a problem with the wheels. I thought I could replace them, but on closer inspection I found it impractical due to the riveted design of the font. This product is incorrectly listed as 7". This is terribly misleading for those of us who travel and need a small bag that fits in the overhead compartment on commuter planes. The bag actually measures 9.25 inches and it's even printed on the outside of the box! VERY misleading and a waste of time!

Bad Features: The telescoping handle attaches to the inside of the bag and only to the back leather of the bag, not the metal/hardened back which pulls it outwards Leather sleeve gives a feeling that the grip is flexible/wobbly when trying to point the sleeve in any direction other than forward motion. This is actually a very good case. The leather is comfortable but not fragile so getting in and out should be fine given the weather. I just want it to last a little longer. I specifically chose this one because it's an "overlapper" and I thought I could fit all my documents in it.

I thought this bag would fit my 17 inch laptop, school books and other work essentials. Plastic (no roller wheels like my previous bags). The biggest disappointment was the fact that my laptop only fit in the front of the bag. It didn't fit at the back. I fell in love with this bag. Good solid construction. Beautiful, attractive leather interior with plenty of pockets and storage space for laptop, accessories and clothing for 1 or 2 day trips. This saved me a lot of time by avoiding check-in/baggage delays (and possible damage or loss of checked baggage). Recommendation: buy.
