Beautiful and thin. Very shiny. Fits perfectly. Doesn't take away the functionality of the laptop. Doesn't add weight or too much bulk. Good thing it has running boards. So far, so good. Will be updated after a few months of use. I wanted to be able to put stickers on my laptop without compromising the integrity of the laptop itself. Still fits in my SIM case and seems secure. Will NOT protect your laptop if dropped. This is a slim case to protect the aesthetics of your laptop.

I just bought a new Sandstone Microsoft Surface 3 Laptop (Metal Keyboard). I did some research beforehand to confirm this is a metal keyboard as this case ONLY FITS this keyboard. It fits perfectly like a glove. It actually arrived the same day as my laptop, so I put it on right out of the box to protect it from scratches. Case looks a bit thin but looks good. The top case doesn't feel very secure; When I open my laptop it seems like the lid where I'm holding the screen is coming off. The fact is that your laptop does not close completely from all sides. It definitely doesn't feel strong enough to protect your laptop if you drop it, but the main reason I bought it was to avoid scratches when folding and unfolding it from my backpack so it gets the job done .

I bought two to give the correct review. First I ordered black - the photos do not correspond to reality. They listened to customer complaints and allowed a practically transparent window in the center. I figured this would apply to the clear case as well, since it's now labeled "clear transparent". I've received more matte skins, which was a final complaint when they were mistakenly labeled as Surface Laptop 3 compatible. Too bad I have to return AGAIN.

great case! Fits my 13.5" Microsoft Surface 3 laptop (metal keyboard) perfectly! It snaps into place very easily and doesn't seem to come loose or anything, and there's venting on the bottom which is good for a fan. The plastic is kind of semi-matte, not glossy at all which I'm personally very happy about The plastic isn't the thickest so don't expect it to take hard drops but it's the perfect easy finish that allows me to decorate with stickers, without sticking it all over my laptop

FINALLY! Transparent hard case suitable for Microsoft Surface 3 laptop. Easy installation and easily removable. The top case is only matt at the edges, the rest is transparent; perfect to enjoy the color of my laptop. The case doesn't block any of the ports or interfere with the charger, and the hinges feel solid.

Please refer to the keyboard type description. First I ordered the wrong case because I didn't know that keyboards fit differently. I have a metal keyboard and am very happy with this case. It's lightweight and fits like a glove. No gaps, no deformation etc. I would definitely recommend this case if you want to protect your Microsoft Surface 4 Laptop (with metal keyboard). If you have a soft/alcantara keyboard, do not order it. There is another one specific to this keyboard. Enjoy!

It's held up most of the time, but the bottom left corner of the laptop has a tendency to slide off the case with fiddling. One (my fault, not the product) so I ordered a new one. This one fits much better but I am very disappointed with how the courier left it. The man put the suitcase in the mailbox and I almost couldn't get it out. Fortunately, the body was not damaged. The product image looks like a matte black finish, but it has a very glossy square on almost the entire surface. I think it looks ugly but this is literally one of the few cases on the market for a METAL Surface 3 laptop. I put some stickers on the outside to improve the look. As for the quality of the product itself. No complaints.
