Moved into a rented apartment that didn't have any drawers in the bathroom – only cupboards. I needed something to store that wouldn't clutter up the counter. It was a good decision. I don't know if this is a specific issue with my cabinets, but on theirs the cabinets won't close completely. I don't care but just thought I'd mention it in case others do.

I have received many good products from mDesign but unfortunately this is not one of them. The rose gold finish was extremely uneven, to the point where one of the hanging rods was so dark and thick that it barely went through the holder, while the other hanging rod was barely rose gold in color and slid very easily. A portion of the basket was also very noticeably uneven in color. It's a good product in concept but poorly executed. Unfortunately had to go back.

I love metal, color and size. It had to be perfect for what I needed. But he's not strong! The hooks keep spinning, which I could handle. But the most frustrating thing is that the hands keep slipping, so the whole thing tilts! No matter how many times I try, it doesn't last. I found the description a little difficult to read, but this model can adjust its height to fit a variety of different sized cabinets. This makes it very versatile for use in a variety of applications. Waste of my time one side is bent, one temple is not welded. Even if it falls down during transportation, it shouldn't be that thin. The other one looks like it's about to burst. It's not big enough to hold much or it will break. I hope Revain will just accept my photos or the seller and refund my money for the trip.
