They are great for organizing your stuff. I would say the build quality is pretty good and the value for money is average. In general, they are not bad, but one came with a crack.

The bottom of the boxes may be 5.6 inches but the top is larger so they won't fit in 6 inch spaces. They also don't stand next to each other in 12-inch boxes. They stack well, but there are many limitations as to where you can use them without wasting space.

These small transparent boxes look aesthetically pleasing but break so easily. They market them as great toys, the little LEGO sets look great in them. But don't let children pick them up as they will break the hinges. Also, some of them arrived broken due to the packaging.

I would put two stars but I like them aesthetically so I put three. 1/4 of which arrived broken (cracked or with the lid attachment broken). So I can't use them. The tops look thin. I will use them for children's toys and they will not survive if a small child grabs them by the lid or hits them. Too fragile plastic for storing children's toys.

Make sure you get it. The right size for your needs, and then oh and ahh when you realize it's the best organizational bin! The size I chose was perfect for storing markers, pencils and scissors; toiletries; and other items. They fold well and have a hinged lid that opens to the side. If they were available individually I would buy a few more to make a full dozen!

This is a great way to organize small things. I put children's toys in it. I love that the lid hinges so I can see the toys in each basket without having to open them. It made spinning toys and playing games much easier and more enjoyable for me. When my kids are old enough to pull out their own toys, it helps them see their options easily and hopefully reduces clutter.

I thought that this year I would spend my personal money to buy "good" boxes for my students because I got tired of buying cheap boxes every few years to buy. I finally put them up in my nursery room the other day and they didn't even last a single day! Dropped from the waist of a preschooler and another from a small table. I have 2 broken/cracked boxes! And one of them broke off a pretty sharp piece. Not durable at all.

I use these storage boxes at home and love the attached lid. I've ordered them a few times. Just note that they are made of plastic which is a little brittle. I wouldn't recommend storing children's toys in it unless you have a very sensitive child who doesn't have a rug. The lid and hinge are prone to cracking and breaking.
