DO NOT BUY THIS!

If I could I would put ZERO stars. I stretched it out 14 feet to measure the space and it broke - didn't roll back into the case. I've only used it a few times.

Pros
  • Roulette
Cons
  • Bad Guide

Good for homeowners, but not for contractors.

Tape measure isn't very useful for building purposes but it was perfect for me to teach my grandchildren the metric system. After sending the wrong item it took an extra week to get the correct item, my grandkids took over a week, the 2 week visit was poor. It will be great for home use.

Pros
  • Measuring and Marking Tools
Cons
  • Off fashion

design flaw! Suitable for lengths

Especially for belt clip. This is a plastic case with rubber lining. First, the clamp material is stamped from thin sheet metal with rough edges. I had to give them up. Second, the clip attaches over the rubber so it never gets tight. Third, the plastic casing around the clip should have raised edges so it doesn't twist every time you clip it to your belt. This small screw will quickly rip off the plastic case as it requires constant tightening.

  • Lengths
