I think I should have read the reviews myself. This is a dollar tree item being sold for a profit. There are YouTubers who talk about buying Dollar Tree items and selling them for more. Kinda shitty thing

This plastic tool is useless for this purpose, the cutting part (below) is not even sharp but has blunt edges. Can be good for avocados; but totally useless for a chicken.

This product is ideal for pureeing ground beef and vegetables. Easy to use and easy to clean. I especially use it for homemade dog food, which I make in the InstaPot and then grind into it. Therefore, this tool is also heat resistant.

My wife didn't dare to order because she says the spatula does that too. After we got it, everyone in my house who uses it commented on how much easier it is to cut up ground beef with it! Easy to clean and store. Frequently used! We even bought a friend who had never heard of it.

I used to use a spatula to 'cut' ground beef during cooking, but it always seemed like it was going to take a long time! I wish I had bought this a long time ago because it works so much better. It cuts meat quickly and evenly without scratching the pan. I will never use anything else again.

Aside from ground beef, I also use this handy tool for grinding fried rice (eg lumpy and difficult to separate). Of course, it's also good for chopping potatoes, stews, tomatoes, etc. But it's made of plastic, so I wouldn't use it on overheated surfaces for too long. Luckily, the job is done in just SECONDS.
