60-Minute Tomato Mechanical Kitchen Timer for Vegetables with Cartoon Design and Ringing Alarm Review

I suspect the mechanism's internal quality control isn't that good. So if you order it and it works, then good for you. But that can't last long.

Nice size and shape. The call is loud and long. However, it only worked three times and then broke. And by glitch I mean every time we start it up and put it on, it rings and the time resets instantly. We bought it for a timeout timer and wouldn't recommend it for any type of timer.

This is exactly what I wanted. You spin it and set the timer for 60 minutes and it ticks pretty loudly and gradually spins back, maybe 2 ticks a second. And then there's a loud chime, I believe it's a real bell, not some digital nonsense. You can reset it to zero manually if you want to turn it off, but it still rings.

I bought this timer as a study aid but immediately noticed it was off. In the sense that the dial reached zero and didn't ring, but just kept ticking. I didn't really like the ticking sound, I wish it was quiet until it tells me time is up, but that's personal preference. However, it should be noted that the feature, which is actually a timer, didn't work, so there was no point in buying it.

Good timer for children's activities. The call is not loud and rattling. Which I really like but wouldn't be a great kitchen timer if you're in another room it would be hard to hear. The timer keeps ticking after it rings so I'm not entirely sure of the accuracy, but I haven't measured it with a stopwatch either, lol if you're looking for a decent not-too-loud exercise timer. It's good for the money and cute :-)

Bought to use as a study timer but ended up putting it in the kitchen as the alarm sound was too loud and startled me every time it went off. This is a traditional buzzing/vibrating/belling kitchen timer. The timer is not entirely accurate as the buzzing stops when about 1 minute remains on the clock. Can be useful for longer things like checking out a BBQ, but not good for things that only last a few minutes as it's not very accurate. The quality is about what I expected for the price. Overall
