The easiest to work with is the 12ga cable I've ever used.

This is GREAT value! I bought a 100' 12ga and hooked up all the front speakers (left, right, center and 2 top front speakers). The sound quality is fantastic. I use 4 ohms for my speakers and couldn't be happier. So easy to work with. I routed all cables through the cable ducts on my chimney - this was not possible with my previous Monster 14ga cable as it was very stiff.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Hard to say

Bought again for speaker cable

This review is for the 14GA variant of this product. I wall mounted two months ago and after a three week hiatus I am very impressed with the 14ga product. I'm used to high quality cable in my theater and 2-channel systems, but I needed a cable for a small in-wall system and I was very impressed. The 12ga version just got installed for Atmos speakers and I expect the performance to be the same. A good choice for wall and ceiling applications.

Excellent thick and strong wire for 5.1 systems

This is a thick wire when you need it. I actually bought thicker 12AWG wire than my system needed to be safe. The thicker the wire, the better its resistance over long distances. I had a large room of 500 square meters so I thought about using this wire. The cable itself is great but I had trouble connecting them to the speakers as they have max connectors. All in all I've used about 200 feet of these cables and they have worked great with my Bose 5.1 system and I'm happy with that product…

Perfect fit

PROS: Quality construction; Easy installation. CONS: None. This product was ordered for my son who wanted a good quality speaker cable that can now be installed along his baseboards and later converted to a wall mount. This product meets all requirements. The wire is well constructed with multiple small strands sheathed in color coded vinyl surrounded by a thicker vinyl outer sheath. It was relatively easy to cut and install, and mated well with the banana plugs he was using. All that was…

Mediabridge cable is very flexible with good insulation and copper

I used a 2 core Mediabridge 12AWG speaker cable in combination with Mediabridge banana plugs to connect my Denon receiver to my home theater wall junction box and the Wiring to bridge the wall for my surround speakers. Very flexible wire and you can see that the copper wire is of high quality. At some point in the past I've bought Monster cords and they weren't low chlorine. After 5 years in a Florida house they've turned into a green and black mess!) I'm perfectly happy with this Mediabridge…

Please read before buying! To save time!

Good. So, speaker wire, it's thick. Okay, but as others have said, it oxidizes, meaning your cable is susceptible to moisture due to condensation and isn't suited to large temperature swings in places like Florida. I live there. Second, I had to video myself measuring as it's actually only 80 feet! I had to send it back but I used 5ft to connect the subwoofer. And now I'm furious because I need a total of 93 feet to complete my project. Now they want you to buy the same wire again so you have…
