Rat's Nest Help Best in Accessories & Accessories

Rat's nests are scary, but if that description can be applied to a harness that sits behind your computer gear, it's even worse. Cable manufacturers expect each device in your system to be at least 3 to 4 feet away, and 10 to 25 feet is more common. YOU ARE NOT. This 1 foot cable is just what you need to reduce clutter in your system. Besides, it works perfectly. Excellent work!

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Not Bad

Very flexible; no connection problems

I was looking for very short cords to get rid of the loops and strands of 3 and 6 foot cords dangling behind a stack of two switches and a wireless transmitter. Pretty much every other cable I've seen was stiff and difficult to bend. These cables did the job for me. They are very flexible, easily bending and twisting, and have no memory, so everything stays beautifully built.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Heavy-duty yet highly flexible HDMI cable.

The HDMI cables of the Mediabridge Flex series are well made, but extremely flexible. I use them to connect an HDMI switch that I have Velcro attached to the back of the monitor. They are best for short lengths and light to medium duty applications as the wires are quite thin. Seriously though, try to neatly arrange 4 heavy duty HDMI cables on the back of your 24 inch monitor.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Protection

Sometimes you need a short HDMI cable

Used this to connect a 2-in-1 output HDMI adapter to my TV. The TV only has two HDMI ports and I needed three. I used this 1ft cable to connect the adapter to my TV (for Firestick and DVD players). The short (1ft) cord was perfect for hiding the cord behind the TV without the extra cord hanging down. It works great with DVD players and Firestick. Hope it continues to work properly. Not a huge price difference for a one, three, or six foot length.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Infuriates

Good cable for HD but struggles with the latest 4K technology.

This is a good quality cable, it worked well with my AppleTV 4 and Samsung HD TV, but when I upgraded to AppleTV 4K and LG OLED55E7 this cable no longer provided the required performance and caused problems with AppleTV 4K. I replaced it with a Belkin Ultra High Speed cable and the problem was gone. I now use this cable to connect my computer monitor and dock and it works great. Good cable, just not suitable for high applications.

Pros
  • Regular Price
Cons
  • So far so good

This cable worked PERFECTLY where others failed

I bought a 1.5ft cable from another company that had to be returned due to video issues. This cable worked great from the moment it was plugged into my Roku Premiere mounted on the back of a 28" 4k monitor. I was concerned that the cable might be too stiff for a short stretch, but the cable is quite flexible and there are no sticking or tension issues at the connectors. I will most likely buy this cable again when I mount another Roku to the back of our bedroom TV.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Great for stacking AV components

They work and are a good length for stacking components. The cable is thin and light, but I didn't notice any video or audio degradation because of it. What I really like is that they are very helpful in getting rid of the cable nest behind the components and because the cable is so flexible I didn't bend/twist the HDMI connectors like the heavy cables that were recommended to me and one of the HDMI ports broken on my AV amp which I had to fix.

Pros
  • Many fit
Cons
  • Some difficult

Perfect length for my application

This cable was the perfect length for my use ie connecting a Panasonic GH5 camera to an Ikan monitor on top of the camera. Although the cable length is listed as 12 inches, the actual length of the cable I received is 14.25 inches. This works for me because any shorter will be too tight. I've only had the cable for a few days, but it works great every time I use it. The cable is thin but not exceptionally thin - I don't think it will be too fragile for my use. Any small reduction in weight is…
