When I workout, I mostly do lifting and not a lot of running/jumping, but this bra is quite supportive, so I'm sure it would be great for all of the above. I usually wear a medium, and this fits pretty snuggly - if you are larger chested and between sizes then maybe size up. It holds its shape, but it is not the stretchiest material, which is why I said to size up. This hits me about 2 inches above my belly button, just long enough that I can wear it like a cropped bra/shirt to the gym.

I am a 40dd and ordered the 3xl. I first ordered the black bra and fell in love, so naturally I bought the rest! It’s so hard to find a cute strappy bra as a bigger busted woman. This bra fits perfect, so comfortable, supportive, material doesn’t seem cheap, no spillage. I have wore it to the gym and it survived the workout. I would say for bigger bust it’s not "high impact” as I found myself readjusting during jumping jacks. I will wear it again since my gym class doesn’t involve a lot of high

Based off the size chart I got the 2xl. Well sure,I got it on. I was able to stuff my boobies in there. I could jump comfortably, and it didn't feel like once I touched the floor my boobs would detach from my chest. Maybe if I could get these things smaller it will all workout. But, the problem is the straps feel like the are riding up, and choking my back? That's the best description I can give.Not sure if sizing up would help.Everything about this bra is on point. I have trouble finding sport bras that fit my frame (small ribcage, big boobs). I'm a size 32G and this bra is perfect. I also love the side panel design and how it wraps around. no back fat whatsoever!This is a perfect bra for daily lounge wear or low-medium impact exercise (anything short of running).I've paid far more for expensive Athleta bras and this one is every bit as supportive and cute, at a fraction of the price. Wish it came in more colors!

Best sports bra I ever purchased from amazon! The fit was great. It does run a little small in my opinion. Do follow the size chart. I’m 5’1”, 120lbs, 32D, and I ordered the medium. Just enough support for any type of workout. Plus, it doesn’t cut into my "back fat” like some sports bras do. I loved it so much, I purchased 2 in every color! I even rave about it to all my friends and family.

So I bought this product and actually like it very much. The style is really cute and sexy and the fit is good. I like the elastic in the built in bra area, this definitelyprovides more support.the only complaint I would have is that the camisole part keeps rolling up in the front. To prevent this I would add either a strip of rubber so it sticks to the skin better or another elastic band might work. The other possibly I thought of is maybe making the camisole part out of a different material…

Very pleasantly surprised at the fit, feel, comfort, and stretchiness of this bra! I was looking for a bra to workout in that would be supportive of my large chest size, and I was extremely happy after trying on this item. The material is soft and stretches appropriately, the size and the fit was perfect for my body shape, the look of it is nice and it covers a large range of the chest area so no unpleasant or unsightly body fat. Absolutely love this top! I'm pretty picky when it comes to work out tops but this one checks all my boxes. I have a C/D cup and it is very supportive for me. I can wear it to teach spin and not have to worry about things staying in place! Also doubles as a crop top on me, and the back design is super cute. Highly recommend!

I really like this top! It’s the perfect length & the material is really soft. The only thing is that there’s weird stitching on the side- it didn’t cause discomfort, just looks odd.

I had ordered this in an XL and it was so soft and really good material. But it was a little snuggle on my chest, returned it and ordered a 2XL. The 2XL came today and the material is cheap and scratchy feeling and it fits SMALLER than the XL! What the heck! It's completely different feeling!
