Not so bad: Handguards

The handrails form quite a large square around your hand rather than smoothly moving from the edge of the bar to the inner bar mount. I take it apart and bend it in a vise. :)

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Negative impression

Decent cheap alternative

The metal is pretty cheap if that doesn't go without saying, and the fit is uneven at best (one side fits perfectly, the other side slightly mismatched, although the stems are symmetrical). They work and do their job and you won't be upset if they break.

  • nice touch

Not durable Good for handlebars and components

The bracket that attaches to the handlebar has a plastic sleeve that never allows the bracket to remain in motion. I shaved off some width to make them tighter but to no avail. I found some old brakes I had from another brand and installed them on the handlebars and they are reliable now. Spend a little more money and buy a good kit from an off-road site. Your hands are worth it

Pros
  • Pleasing
Cons
  • Easily repairable

Made cheap. Untenable.

It's not often that I find a product that I'm completely unhappy with. This is one of those times. I thought maybe it was the app but no, having tried it on a few other bikes I can't say enough good things about it. Tried them out for a rental bike fleet and honestly tried the bike pictured. I had to constantly tighten them. They bend easily and offer little protection. I do not recommend.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Spend $60 more and buy branded handguards.

2020 WR250r stock handlebar. BACK PAIN discontinued. Finally everything is aligned and tightened without removing a single soft screw and metal. Even with a rubber seal they could no longer be tightened. Couldn't tighten them enough. They weren't strong at all once all the bolts were tightened. Definitely not enough space for the clutch cable. It interferes with the brake line and fluid box. You have to keep the guards low enough that it defeats the purpose. Tried taking them off after a few…
