Nothing to complain about yet, it holds my iPhone XR very snugly and doesn't take up much space. I've ridden the bike 100 miles since buying it and it hasn't even wobbled a bit. #roadbike

The plastic ball came loose, separating my phone from the mount and leaving my phone out. This is a good mount but cheap so the plastic cracks. I would steer clear of it and I will if I am going to replace it.

The mobile phone holder is easy to mount on the steering wheel and easily holds the mobile phone securely in place. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes to carry their phone with them when traveling for sport or pleasure.

Installed yesterday, very well made and looks great. It's been four years on my Trek hybrid and no problems. The rubber bands hold my iPhone 12pro very well, as does the mount. He scratched my steering wheel. I would recommend this product and buy it again if needed.

Does not repair phone satisfactorily. After dropping my phone a third time (using the rubber bands and making sure it was fully secured) the entire surface of this jerky product came off, the phone was attached and it landed face down in traffic again. Screen broken twice. Definitely don't buy this.

I use this golf and it locks onto the cart perfectly. In the riding cart I usually find a spot where the base sticks. I just want it to be a different color because in the riding cart it doesn't stand out against the black dash that's usually on the cart and it tends to be forgotten.

Holds my Note 10+ (and my previous Note 8 phone) very securely in Otterbox "Symmetry" even when I'm driving off-road even though I'm NOT jumping over anything. There's no movement of the mount on the handlebars, and no movement of the phone in the mount itself. A Galaxy Note-sized phone puts stress on the hinges that hold the corners, which certainly impacts longevity. durability, but by the time the hinges wear out, I'll have earned my money back long ago.

This is a well built item, handlebar mount, phone holder and straps are good and tight. EXCEPT for the weak link PIVOT BALL. in the chain. You need to fix the cheap plastic used when your $500-$1000 phone bounces on a road or trail. NOT GOOD. I would be willing to pay a few bucks more for a little improvement, it would be nice if the manufacturer went through the negative reviews and responded, at least responded to the news. I want to return the money
