    Turns off with every shot

    Side flash turns off after every shot. It's such a headache and after speaking to customer service they scammed me and I couldn't get a refund. Do not buy

    Good macro light, I don't use lens ring

    System works fine, lens ring is ok but I prefer flashes on swing arms. The included accessories are a very nice addition to the package. It seems to me that specialized devices from Olympus and Canon could not do better. I highly recommend this device. For the price it couldn't be better!

    Does not work with manual lenses

    Purchased for Sony (a7rm3) system. Flashes do not work with manual lenses! I have an mp-e 65 and a zeiss 100 with a ms-11 adapter and the shutter was not responding (in manual flash mode), only with native sony lenses. Twice sent questions to Meike's service department but didn't get an answer, that's just shameful! This system would be great, but it needs to be brought back. shame

    Should work but doesn't work and can't contact support.

    The website description of this flash states that it is compatible with the Sony a7r-iii. When I installed it on my camera, I got an error saying the device is either installed incorrectly or is not compatible with my camera. Went to the MFF website to look for support. Firmware update files found but installer not found. There is no way to speak to a person.

    Mixed feelings.: Camera and photo

    I liked the price and build quality, apart from the fact that it's made to order for Sony (not many flashes come with a Sony shoe mount). Wireless connectivity makes it even more versatile. But you need to get a little creative to make it work. I also don't like that stupid diffusers keep falling off! Seriously how difficult it would be for Mike to scale them down to size before they go to market. It looks like you are using another brand of diffusers.

    The idea behind this could be a good one but honestly all the work you have to do and the fact that flashes run on AA+ batteries how impractical it was to hold and shoot with it. I would recommend. Personally I used it for 5 minutes before taking it off and packing it back for a refund. Even after taking it out of the case for the first time and trying to pack it back a few minutes later, it was very difficult to put all the parts back into the carrying case. Personally, I'd say you're better…

    I did a lot of thinking when I bought this product. The quality, the packaging and the way it was put together is great. I bought it to take micro shots for school. My son needed it for his project and of course I liked it best. The double flash comes with all necessary accessories. Multiple lens sizes and all.     UPDATE. I have a new lens "Laowa 100mm f/2.8 2x Ultra Macro"" for Canon, but this device works with the lens, but I get interference between the lens and the transmitter unit. There are lines in my photos to see, therefore they cannot be used at all READ THIS, IT IS IMPORTANT Just make sure you ONLY use AUTOMATIC LENSES with the new Sony cameras (A9, A7III, A7RIII) I bought one for SONY and one "Laowa 60mm f/ 2.8 2x Ultra Macro" and no I was able to sync the transmitter to the flashes.     Be careful when updating firmware

    I literally just received it today. I installed the batteries and tested the system throughout the house. Two thumbs up for performance etc. It seems to work well with my Sony A7iii/Sony 90mm macro lens. I then read the manual and it suggested checking for firmware updates. I have made. I found updates on their website. I followed the rather vague instructions in the manual and now the flash heads are locked. My mistake was that I copied all the bin files onto the flash heads.
