Low quality! Fits Boat Trailer Accessory

Broke on first use. Towed the jet ski 5 miles to the ramp, got out and found the buckle was broken. The metal is very weak. Should have spent a little more money on better belts. I hope to be able to return them, there is no contact or warranty information on the box.

Quality Product on Boat Trailer Accessory

I was looking for a way to mount my outboard motor to the transom to keep the motor from bobbing. Conventional latch clamps will not work in this case. With a couple of U-bolts I was able to use the belt as a holding device. It worked very well. The product is very well made.

Great Value - Sport

It was a great price and they worked exactly as advertised. The material seems a little flimsy so I'm not sure how long they will last. But even if they last a year, they're a good buy. They are also very necessary for security. I'll keep a close eye on them and make sure they don't disintegrate, but so far so good.

They seem good but I'd rather see the strong rivets holding them together

Hollow load bearing rivets seem to break fairly easily but I think they calculated or tested that. I used them on my 23ft transom on a 3000lb boat and they seemed to work. One came loose after the boat was towed, but that could be because the boat had shifted on the trailer or the strap was loose. I'm not sure.

Pros
  • Probation for one year
Cons
  • Some problems

That they are strong and durable

My husband bought another pair of these elsewhere and they were terrible. I read the specs for this one and ordered. You are exactly right. The snaps are strong and hold the buckle securely. And they come in a variety of lengths, so choose the one that fits your boat and trailer. You are a great price for a product. If that's what you need, buy them and you'll be happy.

  • An absolute legend

Better than ratchet mount

Not sure how they would work to trailer mount my boat. I originally used ratchet mounts which I lost while riding on a very rough gravel road. Ordered these and they work very well. They fit well and pull well compared to over-tightening with a ratchet. The straps are pretty wide. There are no instructions, but everything is clear on how to use them.

Pros
  • Very good value
Cons
  • Out of style

I was in dire need of these two rear boat straps.

I just got a nice scrapped fiberglass boat as a gift but with the deal came a very nice dilly trailer and a great working 65hp Suzuki engine. The package could be removed after 3 days. Because the next day was Christmas. I needed these belts badly! I order a pair and they arrived within 2 days. Fantastic and now I had a good trailer and engine. The belts are durable and worth the money. Thanks very much!

Does not close well for a boat trailer Accessory

I was thrilled when I first got them because they are easy to use and have padding behind the buckle to protect the jet ski. I also liked the low price. However, I've been using them for a few weeks now and can't keep them blocked. I keep stopping to check them out on my way to and from the lake and one or the other usually pops up. I keep experimenting with tightness before closing it. This may be user error, but if so I'd like to know the magic formula.

  • Confident

Great boat straps for the price!

Same as the originals I have on my Tahoe T16 boat. They were a bit longer for my needs, so I cut off the extra ten inches or so and burned the nylon edges with a lighter to prevent the fibers from fraying. There are velcro straps to secure the metal buckles that needed a few more velcro straps, so I just sewed a little more velcro onto the straps. I like the fact that both S hooks are rubberized which is a plus. Only one S-hook was covered with rubber on the original strap which I lost…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
