These blocks are very bright and colorful. The colors correspond to the sizes. They are easy to use to learn how to fold and as the child grows they are easy to assemble allowing children to let their imaginations run wild. I would buy them again as a gift. They take up little space during transport and are easy to assemble.

Most blocks are small yellow, about the length of my hand. You can't build a very large wall with it, so a disappointment for the price. They are strong because there are 2 flaps inside the block that fold in for extra support. My childhood bricks had a crunch in the middle, so that's a nice feature. Look for a set of blocks about 12 inches long.

Really great toy for our 2 year old. He likes to stack them on top of each other and then flip them over. Also a great tool as he learns to clean up after himself. The first block required a little study of the instructions to understand how it was put together. But after making one, I quickly knocked out the rest. And FYI, one of those blue Ikea bags is almost the perfect container for the collection.

Great set of bricks. My only issue is that the 4 panel instructions left me a bit confused on how to make the first fold. After overcoming this hurdle (with a quick google search) we soon had a big pile of blocks that my little boy started stacking, building, tearing down and building again. Very happy with this purchase - these blocks haven't changed much since I was a little boy myself.

My kids love these stones, I've bought them many times to have more. I bought the first set when my first child was four and another set when my second child was four. The first movement is still in great shape despite playing it literally every day. They are easy to build, kids can build giant things with them and don't have to worry if the lock falls while they are inside. Very good value for money, highly recommended.

We used this at my son's 5th birthday party and installed a 'wrecking ball', it was a great success. We bought one of those bouncing balls with a rubber handle to sit on and tied it with string, all the kids loved it! They constructed a "building" and then retreated with a wrecking ball and hit the blocks with it. The blocks exploded, the kids thought it was cool! My 2 year old daughter ALWAYS likes to build and disassemble. So I went on a quest to find all kinds of blocks that my daughter could use to build big blocks. There were many options, but the strength, durability, and price drew me to the Melissa and Doug boxes. My daughter played this at her gig a few months ago and had a lot of fun with it. I actually forgot about her at first when I was looking for blocks to give her for Christmas. Luckily I found them on sale and bought 3 packs (72 blocks).
