Melu puts real human operators onto your website 7 days a week. Melu provides greatly improved customer service and lead generation through our UK-based team of highly trained operators. In the FAQs you can add the questions you often hear, and the answers you’d like our operators to provide. Very helpful and fast communication tool!!

I have been using this product for about 8 months now, it is very stable with no downtime issues reported by me nor my clients in that time frame! The chat function has helped us to engage more customers into conversations which helps get leads as well. It's easy enought to use but also gives you room to customize depending how much info needs sharing between users (eg email addresses). We are still working out some bugs here & there so we can't really give any feedbacks yet since they seem…

We used Melu to create a website for our business.

It was a great experience using Melu and it saved us a lot of money.We had people come into the office asking about our services, people who we wouldn't normally reach.They are very friendly and efficient,and always make sure we get what we want.I would definitely recommend them to others.We were delighted with how well they handled a large order and many enquiries,including 2 week old ones.I would certainly recommend them again.
