Exact OEM form, fit and function. I would like a purchase option that includes the engine, transmission oil and spark plugs and also meets the 100 hour mileage requirement.

Not only does it include the minimum parts required, it also includes some extras for a much lower price than if I had bought them separately from Mercury. I will also buy a 300 HR kit when the time comes.
