We have bought every brand in the world and our boys seem to be either too picky about shoes or the quality of most kids shoes is rubbish. (I have a feeling it's the latter.) This is the only shoe that doesn't come apart at every seam. Their construction seems to be significantly better than Under Armour, Nike, Ascics, Reebok etc. Highly recommended!

My son changes his shoes several times a year because he is very active. He's had them for a few months now and they still look great! No breaks inside or outside. He loves them and they're cheaper than the ones we usually buy, so win win! We will buy this brand again!

My son is getting used to it. They are stronger than the old sneakers he used to wear. I like them and hope they are better for him as I think they have a lot of support and he was complaining about pain in his feet I think because of his different shoes.

I bought them on December 21, 2021 for my 8 year old son. For a whole year he wore them exclusively as casual shoes! Merrells are generally sturdy and my son travels well. But after a short time, the fabric around the ankle of both shoes tore in several places.

Terrible quality. The front of one of the shoes started cracking and peeling after just a month of use. The other shoe still looks good. Maybe it was a factory wedding. I do not know.

My son has been wearing these shoes for a little over 2 months and they have completely fallen apart. The toe of one of his boots is gone, his toes sticking out. I have never experienced anything like this with any of my children's shoes.

The glue on the rubber sole has come loose. My son has only had them for a few months and he showed me that the soles on both shoes were coming off and loose. Very disappointing as I've always liked Merrell in the past. Wouldn't recommend it.

The son wore these for 1-2 months and one shoe has a hole in the insert on the heel. Hole through to the sole! For the price I expect much better performance. Merrill's reputation here was inaccurate.

The secondary color of the gray shoes appears to be blue in the online image, but in person it's more of a purple blue. While the item says unisex online, the packaging says girls.

This used to be a great shoe for my son, this is the second pair to have holes from the insole of both shoes on the heel next to the rubber sole. This was after 6 weeks of daily wear.
