These are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. I am an adult with small feet who can wear child sizes. No cushioning or support in the soles. you were nice I really wanted to like her. The silver part also made a funny rustling noise all the time, which was annoying. They had such great potential.

Good quality walking shoes. Ordered in black for a 10 year old who reports feet and socks stay comfortably dry even in the rain. Can also be used as a school shoe, so it's pretty economical.

I'm a size 7 US female and ordered 6 large kids to have extra room for earbuds. Thank goodness because they have NO significant bow support. But that's the only negative! The color is just as vibrant as the picture and they hold up on muddy and gravel trails. I haven't increased the waterproofing much, but so far so good.

I love these Merrell shoes for kids. I couldn't find hiking shoes for kids up to a size 13 until I found these. They have a great Merrell design and fit well. The waterproofing is a real bonus too, and we no longer regularly come back from walking with wet shoes. The only thing I can suggest for improvement is the laces - they are quite thick for kids' shoes, thinner laces would be easier for little hands to tie. .

These are great shoes and very well made. Ideal for school. The problem is that there are hard bumps under the tongue that make it uncomfortable to wear. My son wore them for one day and never again. Not sure if I had a bad pair and the stitching was wrong. Too bad because these are quality shoes.

My child had this model in several sizes, most recently in a 36. Now the size 37 is a full 5cm larger than the 36 and there is no size in between. So now we're going to have to go with another brand. They don't last as long as more expensive brands (eg Superfit), but with growing children the size only lasts for one season anyway. Child finds them very comfortable.

I bought these for my nephew to wear to school. He wore them 18 times and the sole came off the shoe. Of course I still have 2 days before the return window 😣

They were good for the first few months but fell off very quickly. Looks waterproof, but it's not. Inside the shoe was cardboard that got wet and formed lumps. I cut the lining to get the box out to get a few extra weeks off of these shoes that lasted less than 4 months. The sole is also almost completely worn out. Almost paper now.

They fit well but I had to add a shoe insert for comfort. They felt good at the time, but lasted less than a month with daily use before fading. This is not a creek hike or anything like that. It was a walk on wet grass. Very disappointed.

Third pair for a 10 year old boy who ruins shoes. Normal sneakers and running shoes only last a few months, while we can get a solid 6 million of them. Heavy enough for hiking and winter, light enough for everyday activities and field sports. Too bad it didn't come with laces.

Nice shoes at a great price. I wear 9 women and bought 7 large children and they fit perfectly. Merrells is one of the few brands that hold up well on concrete disc golf tees.
