📎 H&W 50 Pack Metal Wire Alligator Clamp, 4'' Long-Tailed Alligator Iron Clip, Photo Holder Stand Memo Clip (WE1-D1) Review

I model wooden ships and use LOTS of clips. I've seen them with stiff wire tails and thought they were great for holding small pieces of wood for gluing.

I bought this 4" set along with a separate 6" set. This (4 inch) matching wire was unsecured, so I had to go through each one and glue the wire to the alligator clip separately. In the 6 inch version, the cable does not move and is properly attached.

Fu. Very thick wire with clip for cockroaches! Expected and needed something smaller and more elegant for my project. They are rough and industrial looking. So if that's what you want, you'll be happy. I wish I could go back, but instead I'll study!

They are used to store colored fish flies while they dry. Worked great. Some of the wire's metal ends appear to come loose, but this does not affect use. No clamps arrived damaged or unusable. Would buy again but at 50 I don't think I need more. Considering the quantity and the price it was good value for money.

Pack of 50 metal wire alligator clips arrived on time and as described. They work well and the price was low. Note that the ends of the twisted wire are cut off and some of them tend to peel off a bit. This is not an issue for what I use them for, but other buyers may have issues with them. Crimping the ends with pliers should help. All in all I recommend this product.
