Making pasta just got easier.

When my mom watched cooking classes from Asia, everyone loved the product! We've tried a lot of metal, but it sucks. it was the rust and how hard it was to put pressure on the food. When we bought this my mom didn't like it because it's plastic. It turned out to be the best we had plus all hole sizes. the price was great!

Need instructions, everything else is great!

Works very well, fairly reliable, the only thing I can recommend is that they should come with instructions. I had a problem taking it apart after use, if there were instructions I would have seen that to disassemble you have to twist the inner ring a bit. I have included a photo of the area I am describing, it was easy to put in but the ring must have rotated and locked in place during use (as it should). Since I didn't understand it immediately, I had a hard time understanding it. Otherwise I

Good item with a few flaws

This was a promising item with a few flaws - at first the inner ring got stuck and although I eventually got it loose I'm concerned it will remain a problem. The rings are firm but unfinished: the rough texture is a plus for mashed potatoes, but for udon it detracts from the noodles' appearance. I can live with imperfect texture, but for me the big size is the deciding factor. It takes a lot of dough to make an 8 inch noodle and make twice as much as I need so I returned it, but if you're…

Pretty good design but poor manufacturing process

This rice cooker is BIG. Edges around each opening making it difficult to clean without allowing bacteria to build up on that surface. I fixed the problem by smoothing that side out with a hand sander and spending 15-20 minutes doing it instead of putting it back in place. Instructions --- The inner cylinder holds the parts together with a slight bayonet twist. Now everything is in order.

Great product but wish it had a plate with smaller holes!

This product works great. It makes excellent pasta and mashed potatoes. Durable, well built and easy to clean. Pros: Durable, well built. Fulfills the stated purpose. It has 3 discs of different shapes, easy to clean. too thick for my use. I wish there was a plate with smaller holes. I recommend: As a product it works great as mentioned but if you want to make very thin objects like Idyyappam, Sev it turns out to be too thick and doesn't work for me. Therefore, you must look for another…

We bought one of these drawers about 8 years ago and it has been used heavily. Recently my husband got too cocky and broke a piece of plastic on a metal pen bar so we had to replace it. The new one is a little lighter and the metal plate is a little thinner and not as good overall. I always wonder when companies make their products cheaper this way, how much money can they save compared to a better product that we used to enjoy using. I doubt this one will last as long as our first one, but…

Good Lord, that's a SPATZLE car!

I think you could use this as a potato processor. but here it is what is called a "spaetzle machine". Spaetzle are fresh German pasta. They go well with meat and sauce dishes or simply with cheese. Here's Mom's recipe: About 4 cups all-purpose or bread flour (or a mix of both) About 7 eggs Milk (lean, 2% or whole) or water to adjust consistency. Salt, white pepper, nutmeg to taste. Put a large pot of salted water (for pasta) almost on the fire. Place the flour in a large bowl. tablespoons…
