Do not be afraid of electrics

Plastic does not have the same texture as the frame it replaces. The opening for the rear defrost button has been greatly enlarged.

Pros
  • Lighting and electrics
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

the black gives it a good offset (or do like me and replace it with .

These things always come with little nicks or scratches. I've always cleaned them really well and painted them with SEM Landau Black, that is the right black for a Ford Mustang. Even in 99-04 charcoal interiors, black gives it a good balance (or do like me and replace it with real black from a 94-98 parts car.) Anyway, I me had problems with mechanical oil gauges before installing this bezel so I'm all electric now. Things to consider if planning to do this. The -3AN braided line I used instead

Pros
  • Case Blocks
Cons
  • Nothing here

Great idea, bad quality.

Ideal for storing 2 gauges next to the dash, out of sight of wandering eyes on the motorway. Exactly what I was looking for. But that's all. The capsule itself is not deep enough to accommodate all sensors. My Autometer gauge sticks out about 3/8 inch due to the gap between the block and the factory cluster. The stick itself is very thin and flimsy. So thin the top sags in the summer heat to the point where I can't see the turn signal/high beam indicators. The lower part is rolled up, partially

Pros
  • Gauges
Cons
  • Very expensive
